I am very disappointed with they're service department. I brought my ridding lawnmower to them back in the winter months because it wouldn't start & have them fix it also get it serviced get new blades & belts replaced so come the summer months it would be ready. They called me said it was fixed i went to pick it up guess what it wouldn't start they said I'd have to turn the motor by hand first to get it started Then they said it would cost me at least another $700.00 to do engine work after I just paid them over $400.00 Dollars. I just said forget it took it to my son's shop he adjusted the valves & it fired right up.I finally got it up to our lake house mowed with it twice before the drive belt came off. Looked as if the belts weren't even replaced I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for service. My daughter & I replaced the drive belt ourselves & it runs just fine now wasted time & money Shame on you Murdocks Service department.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Nick and the fellas, at the butte montana store. Went in to buy chicken feed and walked out with a new 4 wheeler, several accessories, exceptional service at a great price! Thanks again!

I am extremely disappointed in this location. I purchased a pair of Ariat slippers on 10/25 for my wife's birthday, 11/2. I bought them locally rather than from Ariat directly. She wore them in the evenings for a week. This morning she noticed this hole in the toe. I figured since they were new, I'd be able to exchange them. I took them to the store and was told they can't exchange them because it looks like they were cut. I am 100% sure if I had bought them from Ariat, they would have taken are of this issue. I guess I'll do my christmas shopping online rather than support the local economy... UPDATE...The store manager, Nick, contacted me today and apologized for the inconvenience and did exchange the slippers. Thank you
